We base our bakery items on European baking traditions, while putting seasonal, forward-thinking spins on things to create our own unique goods. While you will find bakery items based in tradition, you will also find items that put an updated spin on those traditions.
Often our greatest works come from collaborations between client and kitchen. We enjoy out-of-the-box ideas and relish the opportunity to develop our skills and creativity.
We bake fresh each day and night to make sure our cake and pastry cases are filled and ready each morning. You will always find lots of items ready to go at a moment's notice. If you'd like to call ahead, we can pack a box for you in advance.
We are always glad to take orders in advance. Specific, custom, or special orders should be placed in advance. We appreciate a minimum of 5-7 days' notice. Larger and custom orders take more lead time, so please plan accordingly.

We take our gluten free muffins seriously, and want them to taste as good as all the others in our line up. This muffin is made with almond flour and house made berry jam, then topped with sliced almonds. Baked in parchment paper to ensure a GF bake, this muffin is delicious AND just happens to be GF as well.

Made with Granny Smith apples and fresh walnut pieces, this is an unusual muffin because of it’s soft/crisp texture. It also happens to be one of our top sellers (bonus: its also vegan!)

A cake-style muffin, this one has lemon zest and sour cream in the batter. After baking the muffin is drizzled with lemon syrup for an extra moisture/flavor hit! A very lemon-y muffin.
