Our Café

Everything we offer is prepared in-house on a daily basis. There are lots of choices for guests to easily purchase over the counter (pastries, cakes, pies, salads, sandwiches) and other items that can be ordered from a menu or pre-ordered for pick up another time. Because our menu changes seasonally, sometimes daily, some of the items you see here will be available, some may not. If you like what you see please call for a current menu.

For breakfast our café offers locally roasted coffee, a full line of espresso drinks, our own in-house baked goods, a full breakfast menu with items cooked to order, or quick items for grab-and-go.

For lunch we offer a lunch menu with creative, seasonal items cooked to order, daily-made specialty sandwiches, as well as salads both simple and complex. Almost everything we do can be prepared for takeout.

Our café is a relaxed atmosphere with a counter-service style. No reservations are taken or required. Our dining room is bright and open, seating 60. We also have a wonderful 60 seat garden patio, which is a wonderful place to share a morning coffee, a meal with friends, or an after-ride beer. Dogs are allowed on our patio, as long as they are on a leash and are well behaved.

Our customers are an energetic, active crowd. Some are sports types: cyclists, runners, walkers. Some are business types: breakfast or lunch meetings, strategy sessions, community organizers. Some are foodie types: they just want something good to eat. We’re just glad they’ve chosen Karen’s, and will do our best to make them feel like they’ve landed in a warm and welcoming place.
