We base our bakery items on European baking traditions, while putting seasonal, forward-thinking spins on things to create our own unique goods. While you will find bakery items based in tradition, you will also find items that put an updated spin on those traditions.
Often our greatest works come from collaborations between client and kitchen. We enjoy out-of-the-box ideas and relish the opportunity to develop our skills and creativity.
We bake fresh each day and night to make sure our cake and pastry cases are filled and ready each morning. You will always find lots of items ready to go at a moment's notice. If you'd like to call ahead, we can pack a box for you in advance.
We are always glad to take orders in advance. Specific, custom, or special orders should be placed in advance. We appreciate a minimum of 5-7 days' notice. Larger and custom orders take more lead time, so please plan accordingly.

Bear Claw
This one is Danish dough, soft and tender, filled with an almond + chocolate filling. Called “paws” because they’re a little smaller and more tender than the traditional.

Delicate Danish dough, braided around a cream cheese and blueberry filling. Rich and luscious. Look for this one with Sacramento peaches in the summertime

Cinnamon Nut Roll
This one is unique, since it's made with croissant dough, for a flaky, crispy, just-a-little-bit crunchy cinnamon roll. Lots of our good Vietnamese cinnamon, pecans + walnuts, and a light glaze on the top for just a kiss of sweetness.

Crocodile
So named because the pecans down its back resemble a crocodile. Think of this one as the equivalent of a Pecan-Brown Sugar-Maple-Pastry Bar. Crisp and chock full of nuts!

We’re very proud of our croissants, as we make them all in-house, the old fashioned way, folding dough and butter together many times to get that layered, crispy effect. Crispy outside, moist and tender inside.
